Retreat in the ancient coastal rainforests of the Great Ocean Road Hinterlands for three days of purifying yoga, meditation and culinaria at Wildwood, Pennyroyal, a unique place of peace nestled among twenty aches of private bushland.
Take your yoga off the mat and into the kitchen. Learn to prepare food from the yogic perspective, 'hands-on', with daily cooking sessions and interactive workshops exploring the connections between yoga and nutritious delicious energizing yogic cuisine. Develop a deeper understanding of your body, how it works, and how it responds to what you put in it. Explore the creation of amazingly good food that's good for you (and the planet) on a unified physical and spiritual plane. Learn how to integrate a simple and practical yogic approach to daily cooking in modern life.
Be guided in the yoga room and in the kitchen by Australian Yoga Retreat's own Tom Schroeter. Yoga teacher, vegetarian chef and herbal medicine student, Tom's passion for communicating yoga graces his passion for food.

- Share accommodation in the Wildwood Bunk House, complete with cosy doona and extra large beds with crisp linen
- Travelling solo? No problem, let us allocate room share for you with a fellow yogi/yogini
How do I get there?
- Within 2 hours drive of Melbourne CBD and Melbourne Airport, Wildwood retreat can be accessed via the stunning Great Ocean Road or via the inland Geelong - Colac Highway.
- From Geelong, turn left at Wichelsea on Deans Marsh/Lorne Road. Turn right at Deans Marsh School on (Pennyroyal Valley Rd) and travel about 6 km's past Gentle Annie Berry Farm and you're there.
- From Lorne, travel 20 km's along Lorne - Deans Marsh Rd and turn left at Pennyroyal Station Rd, then left again at Pennyroyal Valley Rd. Travel 3km's past Gentle Annie Berry Farm and you're there.

Remember, all our retreats are about the exploration and learning of yoga, coupled with the fun of an adventure holiday, so if you're a yoga teacher or trainee teacher, we can help you apply for industry association Professional Development Points with a Retreat Journal documenting the learning outcomes of your retreat experience. FULLY BOOKED
We aim to provide a caring and safe environment throughout the retreat to each participant however no responsibility will be taken for any injuries incurred during the retreat as a result of your participation. It is important you inform us of your relevant medical history by completing a Medical History form before you retreat with us. If you are unsure of your ability to participate fully in yoga classes due to previous injuries please consult with us before the retreat commences. Our Retreat Leaders and yoga teachers are trained professional yoga instructors with many years experience. Knowledgeable modifications are given to students with special needs.
A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required to secure your booking, the balance due 60 days prior to commencement of retreat.

Travel insurance is highly recommended for all Australian Yoga Retreats Retreat participants and should be taken out at the time of booking. Your travel insurance should provide cover against personal accident, death, medical expenses and emergency repatriation with a recommended minimum coverage of AUD$200,000 for each of the heads of cover. We also strongly recommend your travel insurance covers cancellation, curtailment, personal liability and loss of luggage and personal effects.
